The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is made up of agents in the top 20% of each office / Market Center for the calendar year.

This dynamic 'board of directors is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen.

goals of the committee: Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center through planning, recruiting events, educating, & encouraging agents to build their profit share, and identifying & attracting agents to the market center [new & existing agents].

goals of the committee: monitors and analyzes income and expenses to improve overall profitability, and informs the aLC and agents of the financial performance of the market center.

EDUCATION

goals of the committee: Assist the leadership team in the development of the monthly training calendar. selects and coordinates events and encourages participation of agents to improve the overall productivity of the associates in the market center.

KW CARES / SPIRIT & FUN

goals of the committee: Coordinate and assist with the kW Cares International, KWPR Cares Emergency Fund, planning events and raising funds for our annual community charity, red day, and social events for the associates throughout the year.
