Listing Package - $650 (Intermediary for 1 agent $850)

• Prepare & send out all required listing docs to sellers

• Input into MLS (agent provides description for listing)

• Upload photos to MLS

• Upload SD, survey, all other docs to MLS docs

• Set up showing time / change MLS status

• Agent provides photos and description

• Contract to closing, submitting for compliance and CDA

*** This takes care of any and all paperwork from start to finish ***

Buyer's Package - $650

• Prepare & send out all required buyer rep docs

• Prepare & send out offer and all offer docs

• Contract to closing, submitting for compliance and CDA

*** This takes care of any and all paperwork from start to finish ***

Contract to Close ONLY - $400.00

• Obtain executed contract from agent

• Review contract and contract docs for completion

• Change MLS status – if applicable

• Coordinate EM/option

• Communicate between agents, clients, title, lenders

• Follow up on critical dates

• Prepare & send out amendments, as needed

• Schedule closing & key delivery

• Submit file for compliance and CDA

• Send title CDA and commission instructions

Other-

• New build contracts - $300

• Lease listings or tenants - $300

• Any contracts worked on that get terminated will be a $100 charge
